Your Project deserves a unique treatment
All projects are managed by our project managers, who are your direct interlocutors. Each project is assigned a single manager who accompanies you throughout its execution and until its final phase.
Its function is to listen and analyze your needs, design and apply the optimal technical processes for its execution and be able to manage the knowledge and work of the entire internal KEYTECH’s team around your Project.
ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 Exc. 4 certifications
After more than 55 years with boilermaking in our genes, we are manufacturers of large-scale precision mecano welded parts and components, moulds, tooling, special machines and prototypes.
We work with materials such as steel, aluminum, INVAR, steels with high proof strength (S690QL, ...)
For this we have the ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 Exc. 4 certifications.
We incorporate into each project all the processes necessary for its manufacture, such as cutting, shaping, assembling, welding, heat treatments for stress relief, stabilization by vibration, NDT inspections, machining, surface treatments, dimensional reports as well as all the documentation required for its approval.
The applicable PQR and WPS procedures are defined in the Welding Book by the International Welding Engineer (IWE) for each project.
We have approved welders in SAW, GMAW (MIG / MAG), GTAW (TIG) welding processes.

Controls and Inspections
Following our internal management procedures, we apply the inspection and control processes required for each of the manufacturing processes, duly registered, thus guaranteeing compliance with the project requirements.
The different inspections and controls commonly implemented by KEYTECH are the following:
- Welding: Visual Inspection (VI), Magnetic Particles (MP) and Penetrating Liquids (PL)
- Welding: Ultrasonic Inspection (UT)
- Welding: X-ray inspection (Rx)
- Vacuum test using Helium
- Hydraulic Pressure Test
- Pneumatic Pressure Test
Machining service
We offer you the machining service in different types of machines, milling machines, boring machines, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, for pieces from small dimensions to those of greater volume (x = 26000, y = 2000, z = 5500) and Ø8000.

All our products strictly guarantee the requirements of your Project through the evidence shown in the reports issued after the appropriate measurements:
