MAIN PURPOSES

Administration and management of the users of the page; management of news and newsletter subscriptions; response to requests for information requested through the means made available to users; interaction with users through the pages of our profiles on social networks; processing of claims, complaints and suggestions; sending of communications or information expressly requested; conducting satisfaction surveys of the services received for proper management of quality processes and their improvement; use for statistical purposes in order to analyze user behavior and trends and analyze how to improve the services we provide to users; detection and investigation of fraud, as well as other illegal activities and potential violations of our Privacy Policies, Legal Notice and/ or Conditions of Use.

If you do not provide the necessary data for these purposes, we will not be able to provide you our services.

ADDITIONAL PURPOSES

Sending commercial communications, as well as invitations to events and activities, by telephone, postal and electronic means, related to the services and products marketed in Keytech's activity sector: aeronautics, aerospace, energy, transport and special machines. The responsible performs automatic evaluations, obtaining profiles and segmentation tasks, based on the information available, in order to personalize the treatment according to the characteristics or needs of the User, in order to take the most convenient commercial actions.

The User may object at any time. The data for these purposes will be kept indefinitely if there is no opposition.

LEGITIMATION AND CONSERVATION

The legal basis for the treatment of the data corresponds to the consent given by the User when filling in the data and marking the corresponding acceptance boxes, as well as the sending of the different forms, requests, questionnaires of the different services and registration.

The data will be kept by virtue of compliance with legal deadlines according to commercial and sectoral regulations and in any case in compliance with legal periods of prescription of possible legal actions. The contact data will be kept as long as the relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested. The data associated with the interaction in the corporate profiles of social networks will be kept for the period that the User enables their publications in said social network. The data stored for commercial purposes will be kept indefinitely as long as its deletion is not requested. The data in relation to the delivery of CVs and participation in the job bank will be kept for two years.

In any case, the data will be kept during legal periods of prescription of possible legal actions.

RECIPIENTS OF INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS AND TRANSFERS

To Public Administration Bodies with competence in matters of communications and provision of information services and Bodies with competence in consumer matters to deal with possible claims from users.

In response to requests for information or services, the User's data may be communicated to other Entities that are part of the Group, whose composition you can consult at any time on this page, which market goods and provide services in various sectors of activity, with the purpose of sending by any means, including electronic means, commercial information and any other action described in the previous paragraph. The consent for said communications will have been previously obtained, in the different forms, questionnaires of the web page and in those documents in which the relations between the users, clients and suppliers with whom Keytech has any link have been regulated, through the corresponding check boxes and the different forms of requesting explicit consent. The selection and job offer policy is managed in a common way for all the entities that are part of the Group.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Interested parties have the right to complain to the Control Authority (Spanish Agency for Data Protection, www.agpd.es).

The User will be solely responsible for the veracity of the data provided to Keytech.

Keytech adopts the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

Any changes made in the Privacy Policy and in the information management practices will be reflected in a timely manner, with Keytech being able to add, modify or delete its privacy policy when it deems it necessary.

In no case will Keytech modify the policies or practices to make them less effective in protecting the personal data of its users previously stored, without the prior consent of the affected users.
